ADVANTAGES

The pumps are equipped with an open multichannel impeller and have a grain size of 10 mm (TM / TMW) or 2 mm (TMR). The discharge side connection is either a vertical pipe connection (TM) or a threaded port (TMW / TMR).

Motor

Cooling jacket-cooled AC motor with built-in operating capacitor. The motor housing transmits heat from the motor directly to the fluid being conveyed. The engine is equipped with automatic thermal monitoring. In other words, the engine is shut off when overheating and restarted automatically as soon as it cools down.

Sealing

Sealing is provided on the fluid side by a mechanical seal, on the motor side by a shaft sealing ring. A sealing chamber filled with white oil is located between the seals.

Cable

The pump is equipped with a 4 or 10 m connection cable with protective contact plug and a mounted float switch (not the TM 32 / 8-10M).

Versions:

1. TMW Drain with Twister Function – The Twister function ensures continuous mixing and circulation in the suction area of ​​the pump. It prevents the deposit on the bottom and the stagnation of solid particles. The buffer tank remains clean, which reduces the formation of odors.
2. TMR drain with min. Suction – The special suction strainer allows the fluid to be pumped up to a residual level of 2 mm.

Pump used for transportable and stationary dry installation, not submerged. The hydraulic system with a horizontal suction connection and a vertical connection on the discharge side. The wheel used is a Vortex wheel driven by a standard motor. The hydraulics and the motor have a common shaft. A vibration-limiting base guarantees the stability of the assembly.

DRAIN LP

Hydraulics with a horizontal suction connection and a vertical pressure connection. Vortex impellers are the impeller type used. Drive is provided by a standard motor. The hydraulics and motor have a common shaft. Stable installation is carried out using a low-vibration baseplate.

DRAIN LPC 40
Hydraulics with a horizontal suction connection and vertical pressure connection with an integrated nonreturn valve. A multi-channel impeller is used as the impeller. Drive is provided by a standard motor. The hydraulics and motor have a common shaft. Stable installation is carried out using a low-vibration baseplate.

DRAIN LPC 50, LPC 80
Hydraulics with a horizontal suction connection and a vertical pressure connection. A multi-channel impeller is used as the impeller. An inspection opening on the hydraulics facilitates the cleaning of the impeller and the pump housing. Drive is provided by a standard motor. The hydraulics and motor have a common shaft. Stable installation is carried out using a low-vibration baseplate.
