By using the Lutz universal motor coupling, the B200 container pump can be fitted to a wide range of Lutz motors. These include the ever reliable MAII series, the flexible variable speed MI4-E series, and for hazardous area operation, the explosion proof MEII series and compressed air driven MD series of motors.

When used in combination with a Lutz trigger nozzle, the Lutz B200 container pump can be used for filling operations and similar applications. The B200 is quite capable of operating against a closed discharge nozzle with no damage.

Light and very easy to handle, the Lutz HD-E series pump is ideal for use on medium viscosity fluids where a standard centrifugal style drum pump will be unable to cope. The HD-E pump can be inserted through the standard bung on drums with no fuss. Additionally as well as being very portable, the HD-E series pump can be easily dismantled for cleaning (no tools required) and is also rated for continuous operation.

What separates Yamada from the rest of the pack is our air valve technology. Yamada uses a completely non-lubricated main air valve and independent pilot mechanisms to control the air logic.

ASTRAsolid (DDS) pumps share the same constructive and performing advantages as ASTRAevo pumps: a fast pneumatic exchanger increased unloading systems for performance optimization (without interfering on air consumption), and an optimized internal design for viscous and loaded liquids. They are made of UHMW-PE solid-block and available in size 1/2″ – 1″ – 1 1/2″ – 2″.

Diaphragm metering pumps do not leak and are therefore suitable for fluids that are very aggressive and toxic

Depending on the type of pump, the diaphragm allows pressures up to 16 bars. Diaphragm metering pumps are fitted as standard with a separation chamber. The formation of a crack due to wear of the diaphragm prevents fluid from flooding the components of the system or the pump itself. The fluid is controlled and flows through a down pipe into the leakage manifold. The membranes are coated with PTFE. The dosing amount can be doubled with two dosing heads. The larger motorized diaphragm metering pump (type GMR) is equipped with a hydraulically coupled double diaphragm system.

Piston metering pumps are particularly precise and independent of back pressure. The quantity is adjusted in proportion to the stroke length, their reproducibility allows dosages for extremely small quantities. Pumps with two or more pistons allow exact mixtures or at constant ratio between different fluids to be dosed. Using externally controlled drive motors, the total quantity can be varied from 5% to 100% at a constant ratio.
